This is a Guaranteed Return On Investment plan. Better known as GROI with a future income that is guaranteed by the developer to the property purchaser.
This is for a contracted period after the purchase agreement is signed and payment in full has been received by the developer.
The Guaranteed Return is 9% Annually paid quarterly for a period of 5 years. Investments are secured with a 20-year Studio Condominium leasehold.
